Job description: Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.Introduction: Robertson is seeking a skilled Senior Optimization Analyst (Business Analyst) to join our client.Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Range: $55.18 to $65.33 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)Job Responsibilities:

• Optimizing digital products with personal saving/investments
• Testing initiatives on the portfolio regarding personal savings and investments
• Looking at data- how do they perform, identify pain points
• Working w/ partners and identify their needs
• Confirm their pain points and how that impacts the journey experience from the customer experience
• Identify areas they could improve upon on the site
• Articulate the strategy they can test, to help with customer engagement
• Will need to understand the site, and the products online
• Leveraging adobe target
• Using heat maps- to identify how customers are interacting with pages
• Build Hypothesis – testing in market. Making recommendation to the business
• Publish pages through content delivery

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience and proficiency with Web Analytics Reporting Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform.2
• Experienced in the use of industry leading web optimization software, such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser or Google Website Optimizer
• Strong MS Office
• Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills
