We’re looking for a Senior Performance Media Account Manager to join our growing Performance Media Practice! This role calls for a digital media subject matter expert who is passionate about using data and creativity to develop advanced channel programs that drive client business performance. In this role, you will be responsible for working in partnership with clients to shape their digital campaign strategies and manage all aspects of the campaign and account lifecycles.
Our team will want to hear about your experience developing data-informed tactical plans and your approach to audience strategy. We’ll also want you to tell us about how you have used experimentation and tracking techniques to deliver on a business outcome.

Give me a breakdown of what a Senior Performance Media Account Manager at Brainlabs does:
⦁ Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager on your assigned accounts
⦁ Work with business stakeholders to understand campaign media and audience objectives and solve for their needs
⦁ Propose and provide rationale (backed by data and research) for audience, format, creative and measurement tactics that align with the campaign brief
⦁ Lead the development of comprehensive tactical plans and work in partnership with Campaign Managers to forecast budgets and factor historical learnings into the planning process
⦁ Further develop your subject matter expertise by staying current on industry and platform capabilities and apply your growing knowledge to drive diversification of platform and feature usage across your client base
⦁ Assist with the implementation of campaigns and validation of their configurations
⦁ Educate clients on industry trends and evolving platform capabilities and how they can be applied to evolve the maturity of their digital programs
⦁ Partner with our sales team on proposal responses, technical demos and quarterly business reviews
⦁ Align client needs with our solutions to help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value
⦁ Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies
⦁ Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs
⦁ Work across various verticals, from B2B and lead gen to retail and ecommerce – you could be managing spend for high-growth independent businesses or large global enterprise clients
⦁ Collaborate, support, and work closely with other MediaNet business units to ensure efficient workflow and realize cross-functional opportunities and enhancements.
⦁ Implement process improvements and create tooling to automate and improve the efficiency of day-to-day tasks
⦁ Maintain a high degree of technical proficiency and knowledge across the platforms and toolsets within which you will be working
What talents and experience would suit this role?
⦁ Hands on experience working with Google Marketing technologies, Google Analytics and related platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Display & Video 360)
⦁ Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts
⦁ Experience developing audience and tactical plans
⦁ Proficiency in Excel
⦁ Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
⦁ Excellent presentation-crafting and storytelling skills
⦁ A high degree of accuracy, vigilance and attention to detail
⦁ Proven ability and appetite to learn new technologies quickly
⦁ High professional standards and a commitment to service and operational excellence
⦁ Strong project management skills
⦁ Familiarity with project task management and ticketing systems
⦁ Strong analytical, data interpretation and research skills
⦁ Strong organizational and time-management skills
⦁ 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
⦁ Excellent oral and written communication skills
⦁ Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
⦁ Preferred: DV360, CM, SA360 or Google Ads certification
⦁ Preferred: PMP training or other project management certification
⦁ Preferred: French language skills
⦁ Preferred: Intermediate knowledge of VBA/Excel Macros
