You will grow Product Owners into great Product Owners and Product Managers into great Product Managers. You will live and breathe product thinking and you will act as a role model for the team to demonstrate what it means to be curious, action oriented and focused on what is most important.Second, you will work with your stakeholders, directors, senior managers and delivery teams in the department to identify the biggest problems to solve and the best solutions to employ. You will look to identify opportunities to maximize the ROI of the platforms you are responsible for. You will foster transparency and communicate reliable and relevant information often. You will create real trust and facilitate great collaboration.Third, you will demonstrate discipline and a systematic approach to planning and execution. You will be thorough and think ahead to actively identify and to resolve roadblocks before they become bigger risks. You will stay focused on the real value you are delivering, and you will be relentless in your efforts to get things done on behalf of your stakeholders.Responsibilities:Provides direct product leadership, coaching and role modelling for Product Owners and Product Managers in the portfolio, reinforcing product discipline and principles are applied in teams day to day approach to delivering product.Oversees the (Audience Data and Privacy Team) ADaPT and (Account Data Integrations) ADI teams’ portfolio of work, being the main communication point between ADaPT and other delivery and stakeholder teams across the organization, providing overall status reporting, and supporting in the mitigation of risks to delivery.Actively works with other product delivery teams on joint roadmaps and planning, sees those plans through execution by removing roadblocks, communicating and reinforcing priorities, often leads joint technical troubleshooting.Owns and develops the strategic 3 to 12 month roadmap for ADaPT stakeholders: Media Sales, Marketing, and Customer Lifecycle Marketing (CLM) as it applies to the following platforms: Customer Data Platform (BlueConic), Data Clean Rooms (Optable), Consent Management Platform (Didomi), Data Management Platform (Lotame).Aligns the 3-12 month roadmap for the Accounts Data Integration team to key strategic priorities, understanding cross-team dependencies and risks. Works to remove blockers and mitigate those risks.Makes critical decisions on the quarterly prioritization and establishment of workplans for the ADaPT and ADI teams in quarter and in future quarters.Acts as intake point for new strategic work, making critical decisions on prioritization and roadmap commitments with stakeholders, and owns the continuous refinement of quarterly priorities ensuring alignment to business priorities. Acts as the main resource for quarterly planning and departmental inter-dependency management during execution.Works closely with stakeholders to identify the largest business problems and opportunities, leads initial discovery against those problems, works with the product teams to hand off to POs for execution, responsible for regular and meaningful updates to stakeholders and takes a client centric approach to stakeholder management.Leads vendor relationships with our key data platforms.Leads relationships with technical teams within the organization and between Rad-Can and CBC, negotiating priorities, scope of work, and objectives.Identifies gaps in governance and process between harmonized delivery teams, establishes new models and ways of working, and puts those new operational processes in place, negotiates and brokers join process across Rad-Can and CBC.Works with other delivery teams on discovery work, identifying areas of opportunity for ADaPT and ADI, along with the platforms that they maintain, being an evangelist for the products they oversee.Sets OKRs with the director to ensure that work is aligned with the business value, ensuring that problem statements are clear, DoD is established across all work, measures progress and demonstrates the value that ADaPT and ADI teams provide to the rest of the organization as necessary and required.Qualifications:Objective Criteria:Has a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics or equivalent5 years professional experience in a technical role developing software applications, preferably web-based solutions deployed on high traffic sitesDemonstrated experience implementing customer data platforms and running data platform teamsDemonstrated experience coordinating work across multiple agile teamsDemonstrated track record of continuous improvementDemonstrated facilitation experienceExperience with data platforms used for marketing and digital ad targeting like Customer Data Platforms (BlueConic), Data Management Platforms (Lotame), Data Cleanrooms (Optable)Awareness of the purpose and application of tools such as Atlassian’s JIRA, Confluence, and BitbucketBasic knowledge of QA automation development tools and frameworksAwareness of the purpose and application of Agile MethodologiesAbility to work in French would be considered an asset.Subjective Criteria:CuriousAbility to make connections between systems, people, and thingsMission drivenFocus on measurable outcomesListen and have empathy for diverse perspectivesAble to respond to change by learning and adaptingGood communication skillsAbility to work in a highly collaborative environmentCandidates may be subject to skills and knowledge testing.We thank all applicants for their interest, but only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.As part of our recruitment process, candidates who advance to the nextstep will be asked to complete a background check.
