We are looking for a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager to join our growing Performance Media Practice. This role calls for a digital media subject matter expert who is passionate about using data and creativity to drive client business performance. In this role you will be responsible for managing and reporting on complex programmatic campaigns delivered across a multitude of channels (display, video, audio) with a laser focus on efficiency and results.

Give me a breakdown of what a Senior Programmatic Campaign Manager at Brainlabs does:
⦁ Work with business stakeholders to understand campaign media and business objectives and solve for their needs
⦁ Propose and provide rationale for audience, format, bidding and measurement tactics that align with the channel plan
⦁ Conduct forecasting exercises to inform budget recommendations
⦁ Configure accounts, campaigns and campaign settings to deliver optimally towards the planned goal
⦁ Manage campaign spending to pace within target budgets
⦁ Use performance and attribution data to inform optimizations
⦁ Perform rigorous output quality control (reports, post analyses, campaign configurations, setting alterations)
⦁ Implement and manage campaigns with a clear testing framework informed by actionable analysis
⦁ Troubleshoot issues related to data accuracy, creative approvals or technical anomalies
⦁ Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs
⦁ Understand the programmatic landscape by staying current on industry and platform capabilities and apply your growing knowledge to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base
⦁ Work across various verticals, from B2B and lead gen to retail and ecommerce – you could be managing spend for high-growth independent businesses or large global enterprise clients
⦁ Collaborate, support, and work closely with other MediaNet business units to ensure efficient workflow, and realize cross-functional opportunities and enhancements.
⦁ Implement process improvements and create tooling to automate and improve the efficiency of day-to-day tasks
⦁ Maintain a high degree of technical proficiency and knowledge across the platforms and toolsets within which you will be working
What talents and experience would suit this role?
⦁ Hands on experience working with Google Marketing technologies, Google Analytics and related platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Display & Video 360)
⦁ Experience with A/B and/or Multivariate testing concepts
⦁ Proficiency in Excel and the ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis
⦁ Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
⦁ A high degree of accuracy, vigilance and attention to detail
⦁ Proven ability and appetite to learn new technologies quickly
⦁ Excellent presentation-crafting and storytelling skills
⦁ Experience with reporting & data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI and Data Studio
⦁ Strong analytical, data interpretation and research skills
⦁ Strong organizational and time-management skills
⦁ 5-7 years of similar work experience
⦁ Excellent oral and written communication skills
⦁ Proactive and creative problem solver with the ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines
⦁ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
⦁ High professional standards and a commitment to service and operational excellence
⦁ Preferred: DV360, CM, SA360 or Google Ads certification
⦁ Preferred: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of VBA/Excel Macros
⦁ Preferred: Familiarity with SQL
