Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description:
The Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the successful execution and completion of projects within the firm. This position involves maintaining the firm’s project database, ensuring all project data is accurately recorded and up-to-date for the assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Database Management:
- Maintain and update the firm’s project database with accurate and timely information.
- Ensure proper documentation and closure of projects, including compiling final reports and deliverables.

Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies in alignment with the firm’s marketing plan and policies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials as needed.

Quality Control Assurance:
- Attend Quality Control Review sessions to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Implement feedback from quality reviews to enhance project outcomes.

Project Supervision:
- Supervise project teams and coordinate tasks to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to project scope.
- Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare documentation for project closeouts, including project summaries, lessons learned, and key performance indicators.
- Provide regular updates to management on project status, including potential risks and issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in project coordination or management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
