Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Platform Optimization (40%)

  • Operational delivery owner for all projects and project-related deliverables within the Marketing team, including digital products and projects, content operations, technology integrations, and operational analytics
  • Operational business owner for designated platforms, exercising independent decision-making in developing, evaluating and deploying digital tools and tactics.
  • Ensures that digital platforms are utilized in accordance with corporate brand guidelines, legal and language requirements, as well as evolving and current industry best practices.
  • With team, supports delivery of all campaigns within each platform and ensure ongoing integration with Salesforce, Pardot, and other CRM technologies.
  • Collaborates with organizational stakeholders to understand requirements; proposes, develops and builds project plans that meet platform and divisional business objectives; evaluate results; and course corrects as required.
  • Identifies, recommends and coordinates additional resources as required to deliver solutions; includes vendor sourcing, evaluation, recommendation and on-boarding. Evaluates proposals against business goals, cost and value. Provides first-line vendor management support as required.
  • With Digital Growth Marketing Team, review, analyze and optimize all content provided by TIC/Standards/Corporate marketing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment within best practices.

Budget Management & Revenue Generation (20%)

  • Responsible for budget management of up to $3M/year across platform licensing and maintenance, paid advertising, technology stack integrations, conversion optimized content development
  • Establishes budget development plans and end-to-end delivery strategies for project lifecycle management
  • Determine appropriate vendor spend budgets and monitor budget allocation throughout campaign and strategic lifecycle.
  • Accountable for year over year incremental increases in project efficiency, technology utilization, vendor spend management
  • Provides ongoing measurement of budget and performance metrics against targets, utilizing platform expertise to determine growth trajectories and data visualization.

Data Analysis (20%)

  • Capture, analyze, and compile all metrics and measurements related to project management from sources including Kapost, Jira, Workday, native platform insights, Power BI, and other such tools.
  • Determine ongoing experimentation strategies using growth hacking principles for iterative optimization (A/B/X testing) of project management processes, aligned to global business objectives for TIC/Standards/Corporate.
  • Develop detailed metrics dashboards using available analytics tools for multiple stakeholders.
  • With Digital Growth Marketing team, implement scalable solutions across multiple platforms and document incremental results using growth hacking and project management methodology.
  • Communicate analytics findings, test results and implementation decisions with various stakeholders from within the CSA Group leadership team.

Digital Strategy (20%)

  • Work with stakeholders across TIC/Standards/Corporate marketing functions to determine project, platform and technology strategies for each functional area and commercial unit.
  • Within each platform, determine strategic objectives and execution plans for project delivery in areas including but not limited to pay per click programs, keyword / search engine optimization, conversion rate optimization, new customer acquisition, e-commerce revenue, accessibility, email marketing automation, social media execution, webinars, multi-variate testing, iterative optimization, U/X enhancements, etc.
  • With leader, develop and enhance global marketing automation efforts utilizing waterfall and agile project management methodologies aimed towards CRM (Salesforce) integration ecosystems, digital delivery, content operations, and relationship management.
  • Using available data, determine appropriate platform usage according to corporate and business objectives.
  • Provides status reports and presentations to senior leaders related to project strategy and deliverables.
  • Engages with external vendors to identify platform innovation and optimization according to digital industry best practices.
  • Identify and execute ongoing certification and training within each owned platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma in digital marketing, communications, information technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of sound knowledge and experience in project management, digital marketing or digital product development, preferably B2B & account-based email marketing automation and CRM.
  • 3-5 years of people management experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and facilitate positive group morale.
  • Familiarity with agile development, design thinking, user experience (UX), digital marketing programs and platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting objectives, make decisions and solve problems with incomplete information.
