Job description: As a Marketing and Client Engagement Manager for our roadway design practice, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing our presence in local and surrounding markets. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. You will work closely with our design team to showcase our expertise and showcase our projects to potential clients. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the entire client engagement process, from initial outreach to project delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
