You will work closely with key stakeholders across the entire TELUS Health team.What you’ll do

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities across process, facilities, clinical, system roll-outs and new service introduction
  • Develop strong relationships with clinics you support to advocate for their needs
  • Lead and execute on multiple projects concurrently, translating clinic needs into actionable plans and driving execution and delivery
  • Leverage stellar communication & negotiation skills to achieve buy-in and alignment on project strategy and execution approach
  • Ensure stakeholder groups are consistently informed of status and direction
  • Implement effective change management strategies ensuring smooth transitions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans
  • Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on key metrics to leadership

QualificationsWhat you bring

  • 7 – 10 years of equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in managing many competing priorities and projects
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Expertise in change management and process optimization

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • PMP and use of project management tools

  • Bilingualism in English and French

#LI-HybridSalary Range: $95,000-$143,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
