We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing effective leasing strategies to enhance occupancy rates and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing: Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract potential tenants, utilizing online platforms, social media, and traditional advertising.

• Lead Follow-Up: Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available units and scheduling viewings.

• Showings: Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of our available units, while effectively addressing questions and concerns.

• Applications: Guide prospective tenants through the application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.

• Renewals: Manage tenant renewals by communicating lease expiration dates and negotiating terms to encourage lease continuations.

• Move-Ins/Outs: Coordinate all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition and addressing any issues that arise.

• Resolve Issues: Handle tenant concerns and complaints in a professional manner, working collaboratively to identify solutions that enhance resident satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
