This position requires close collaboration with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Hilton Worldwide Sales teams to create and implement strategic initiatives that promote our leisure packages and preferred offers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that effectively highlight leisure packages and strategic offers. Engage with Revenue Management to align pricing strategies with marketing efforts.

• Strategic Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify market trends and opportunities that can enhance our sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

• Promotional Activities: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels to engage our target audience and drive bookings.

• Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential customer segments and evaluate competitive offerings, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize market share.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor the success of marketing initiatives through data analysis, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
