Job Description: Manager of Cross-Functional Collaboration

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Manager of Cross-Functional Collaboration to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including the Marketing team, Payer Relations Managers (Market Access), and the Medical department. Your ability to foster collaboration will be essential in aligning strategies and driving effective communication across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, and Medical teams to ensure cohesive operations and strategic alignment.

• Collaboration: Facilitate regular meetings and open lines of communication to address any cross-departmental challenges and opportunities.

• Strategic Development: Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that enhance market access, maximize marketing efforts, and support medical initiatives.

• Project Management: Oversee joint projects and initiatives, ensuring that all teams are aligned and progressing towards shared goals.

• Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of collaborations, providing insights and recommendations to improve workflows and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of market access and payer relations is a plus.
