Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Representative to join our team. This role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians and physician practices to enhance referral opportunities. The ideal candidate will initiate and maintain a minimum of two new contacts per month, fostering connections that drive collaboration and referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Physician Outreach: Actively engage with physicians and healthcare practices to establish and strengthen referral relationships. Target a minimum of two new contacts each month to expand our network.

• Collaboration: Work closely with both internal teams and external healthcare professionals to promote our services and enhance care pathways for patients.

• Community Engagement: Support consumer marketing efforts by participating in community events and leading educational lectures and speaking engagements. Your role will be vital in raising public awareness about our services and the benefits they offer.

• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and physician needs to tailor marketing strategies effectively. Gather feedback and insights from healthcare professionals to improve our offerings.

• Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events aimed at healthcare professionals to generate interest and build relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation skills with experience in public speaking.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
