Job description: The role of Community Engagement Manager at HFUW focuses on leveraging relationships with various stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for the communities served by the organization. This position involves collaborating closely with the Marketing & Communications, Events & Experiences, and Finance teams to maximize fundraising efforts and cultivate long-term donor loyalty. The Community Engagement Manager works in partnership with the Marketing & Communications team to develop strategic messaging and engagement strategies that resonate with donors and raise awareness for HFUW’s mission. This role plays a critical role in fostering meaningful connections with donors, volunteers, and community partners to ensure the sustained impact of HFUW’s programs and services.
