Job description: The Community Engagement Manager at HFUW plays a critical role in creating positive outcomes for the communities served by the organization. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications, Events & Experiences, and Finance teams, the Manager is responsible for maximizing fundraising efforts and driving long-term donor loyalty. By collaborating with the Marketing & Communications team, the Manager helps develop strategies to raise awareness and engage with supporters. This role requires a strong understanding of community needs and the ability to develop initiatives that make a meaningful impact.
