You will be responsible for meeting the Service Operations defined KPI’s within the organization’s policies and guidelines, maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring the delivery of quality work on-time and on budget, and ensuring a safe and clean environment as per SHEQ policies and procedures.This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario and requires presence in office.The main activities you’ll take care of

  • Partnering with sales to grow and protect the service segment of the business, as well as monitoring and analyzing service metrics and key performance indicators (KPI’s) that align with business objectives and service level agreements
  • Supporting the Service department in various areas, including recruitment, scheduling, performance management, employee relations and training & development, coaching and motivating direct subordinates
  • Working in close coordination with CTS service-sales staff for all Service Plan and Fixed Price repair work
  • Ensuring that shop and field work in progress is coordinated and completed in a structured manner and that service work is conducted consistently with manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines
  • Managing the annual department budget, reviewing associated costs and utilization and ensuring that spending aligns with set targets
  • Communicating and meeting with clients and key accounts throughout the service experience, responding to any customer escalations and following up on NPS survey results to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
  • Ensuring that service areas, parts inventory and storage areas are clean, organized and well maintained per health, safety and environmental standards

What will help you succeed in your new role

  • Your previous experience managing or supervising a service team
  • Your proven ability to lead, build and support trustworthy and collaborative team relations
  • Your strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to use computers
  • Your strong organization skills partnered with a good level of resiliency in your day-to-day work
  • Your technical or university degree in an appropriate discipline, or technical knowledge gained from experience
  • Your excellent oral and written communication skills in English

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
