Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Operations Lead to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the end-to-end data operations within our technical environment. This position is both technical and strategic, aimed at optimizing marketing campaign performance through advanced analytics, data management, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Operations Management: Oversee the integration, processing, and management of data within the SFMC environment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement best practices to enhance overall effectiveness. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute data-driven strategies.

Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical resource for SFMC, providing guidance and support to internal teams on data-related initiatives and troubleshooting technical issues.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans for leveraging SFMC capabilities, aligning data operations with business objectives and marketing goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Strong technical understanding of data management and operations, including SQL, data modeling, and analytics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
