Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Operations Lead to oversee and enhance the end-to-end data operations within our technical environment. This role is vital for optimizing marketing campaign performance and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Lead the strategic planning and execution of data operations processes to ensure seamless functionality and integration within the SFMC platform.
- Data Management: Manage the flow of data across marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, enabling data-driven adjustments for enhanced effectiveness.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that enhance the capabilities of the SFMC environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, analytics, and IT teams to align on objectives, share insights, and drive alignment across initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Continually assess and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and performance of SFMC data operations.
- Training & Support: Provide training and support for team members on SFMC tools and best practices to elevate overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in a product operations or data management role.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with an emphasis on campaign performance optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
