Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Operations Lead to spearhead the management and enhancement of end-to-end data operations within our technical environment. This role is both technical and strategic, emphasizing the optimization of marketing campaign performance through effective data management and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational processes for SFMC, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement best practices in data governance and marketing campaign execution.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI on campaigns.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on SFMC features and functionalities, providing training and support to team members as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and SFMC updates, continuously identifying innovative ways to enhance our marketing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to data operations, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in data operations management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with a track record of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
