Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Operations Lead to spearhead our end-to-end data operations within a dynamic technical environment. This strategic role is crucial for optimizing marketing campaign performance and enhancing the overall user experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Operations Management: Oversee and manage the complete data lifecycle, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and availability for all marketing initiatives.
  • Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance campaign performance and improve ROI.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical support and guidance on SFMC functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of SFMC within the broader marketing tech stack.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement KPIs and dashboards to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Training and Support: Mentor team members on SFMC tools and capabilities, fostering a culture of learning and innovation within the organization.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for marketing operations, aligning data management practices with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in data management, analytics, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including its data architecture, automation, and reporting capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting ideas clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
