Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Product Operations Lead to spearhead the management and enhancement of our end-to-end data operations within our technical environment. This role is pivotal in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal performance through robust data practices and innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management: Oversee the end-to-end data operations within SFMC, including data integration, segmentation, and reporting to ensure data integrity and accessibility for marketing initiatives.

  • Campaign Optimization: Leverage analytics and insights to monitor and improve marketing campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for enhancements and adjustments.

  • Technical Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing, to implement technical solutions that optimize SFMC capabilities and align with business objectives.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with marketing stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable data strategies within the SFMC platform.

  • Best Practices Development: Establish and document best practices for data operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiencies.

  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on SFMC tools and data management processes, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong understanding of its features, capabilities, and data management practices.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various departments.
  • Experience in campaign management and performance analysis, preferably within a marketing context.
