The GO Expansion scope : new electric locomotives, fleet upgrades, train control systems, network electrification, signalling, telecommunications and digital systems, maintenance, and much more.Purpose:The purpose of the job is to contribute to the Engineering Management by working on delegated tasks to help the day to day management of the engineering planning, coordination, and design activities.The Signaling Engineering Intern takes part in deployment of projects in case of specific issues or needs are identified along the project lifecycle requiring correcting/evolutive actions on the Signaling architecture and pre-fitted solutions, with focus during the first deployment of the architecture/solution, ensuring proper verification and continuous improvement.Key accountabilities:In cooperation with Project Engeering Leadership and other Project Engineering teamsSupport requirements, architecture, and design activitiesProvide engineering organizational assistance by developing tools and automation to track engineering activity progress and efficiency.Master the customer submission process and work with engineering teams to ensure proper and on-time delivery of work products.Project solution definition: Work with different engineering departments for System design, IXL design, Automatic Train Protection Design, Network/Telecom, and Test to progress design documents and other engineering deliverables.Coordinate and lead meetings with internal engineering teams to achieve desired outcomes.Represent Alstom in front of customer when applicable, for instance to provide detailed explanation engineering progress on activities.Ability to work in Microsoft Office tools for clear data capture and presentation.Ability to automate processes and tasks using scripting or programming tools.Educational Requirements:In progress of obtaining Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation Engineering or related technical disciplinePrevious employment experience working in a technical area preferredDesirablePrevious knowledge or Rail products and systemsKnowledge of engineering activities such as system design, verification, and validationCompetencies & Skills:Open-minded;Multi-disciplinary approachFluent in English(Self) entrepreneurial;Problem setting and problem solving;Sense of urgency;Writing skills required: clarity, rigor, and concisionYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. Title: Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $19.00 to $22.00 hourly for 37.5 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time

Job requirements:
– Completion of a college program in early childhood education or a related field
– Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) certification is an asset
– First Aid Certificate is an asset
– CPR Certificate is an asset
– Criminal record check

Job duties:
– Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children
– Lead activities by telling stories, teaching songs, preparing craft materials, and providing opportunities for creative expression
– Guide and assist children in the development of proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
– Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral issues and report any concerns to the supervisor
– Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security, and well-being of children
– Assess children’s development through daily observations and prepare reports for parents
– Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and the community
– Prepare and serve snacks and meals as required
