In this role your job will be to elevate our brand through creative excellence, ultimately showcasing how the Silk & Snow brand presents itself to the world. If you are a visual storyteller, work well in a team, and love beautiful home goods, this role is perfect for you.As Graphic Designer you will:

• Ensuring that all graphic elements strictly adhere to the Silk & Snow brand guidelines
• Working alongside the other graphic designers to ideate, design, and execute the graphic elements needed for our physical marketing channels – these include packaging, in-store collateral, digital and print media, and brochures, to name a few
• Actively seeking and incorporating feedback to refine designs
• Executing print production which includes getting samples, preparing mockups, generating production quotes, and working with suppliers to take the project from start to finish
• Creating beautiful and on-brand internal documents and decks
• Handling multiple design projects concurrently, balancing deadlines and communicating with stakeholders to meet design needs and ensure timely delivery
• Maintaining meticulous attention to detail across all design aspects, including typography, layout, and visual aesthetics. Demonstrate a passion for design and a commitment to producing top-notch creative work
• Communicating effectively with team members to understand project needs, provide clear timelines, and ensure design objectives are met
• Creating inspirational mockups for photoshoots to ensure that we are staying on brand, on trend and using the right props with the right products. In this role, you will take an active part in photoshoots from start to finish.
• Retouching and editing images
• Staying on top of current design trends, both digitally and physically (e.g., packaging, social media, website, emails, etc.)

QualificationsWhat we are looking for:

• College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, or related discipline
• 3-5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, preferably in consumer brand or at a marketing/creative agency
• 3-5 years’ experience packaging, in-store collateral, brochures, digital and print media designs
• Expert level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• High level knowledge of current best-in-practice email standards, website design, digital marketing, packaging, and social media
• A strong visual storyteller with a clear eye from imagery and typography that supports the Silk & Snow brand
• Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities simultaneously while working independently to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance
• Resourceful, proactive, and a true team player
• Experience building and executing effective marketing campaigns from start to finish, from strategy and ideation through to production, an asset
• A love of interior design and elevated home goods is a plus
