• Be responsible for setting up, managing and continually optimizing paid social media campaigns such as Meta and TikTok.
• Continuously report on the performance of website traffic, digital ads, social campaigns and email marketing campaigns to management and content teams, and use insights to help guide ad creative for our paid social media efforts.
• Coordinate setup of engaging ad units by working with content teams (social media, copy, and graphic designers) to develop ad creative.
• Identify and lead alternative growth initiatives (digital and non-digital) and continuously think of new ways to attract customers, collaborating with other teams and new partners as needed.
• Keep track of latest industry trends, best practices and competitors and translate into executable ideas.

QualificationsThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• 1-3 years of experience in a performance marketing role for a retail or e-commerce brand, with hands on experience in executing paid social (IG/FB and TikTok), search (Google & Bing), shopping, display, and video campaigns.
• Exceptional analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with hands on experience working with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (GA4) and some type of attribution reporting software.
• Excellent research skills and drive to remain current on trends and best practices in digital marketing
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to support campaigns, and react to performance as needed.
• Great attention to detail with willingness to adapt to rapid change, and ability to prioritize.
• Experience with an eCommerce email marketing platform considered an asset
