Key Responsibilities:

• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational institutions, and relevant organizations to expand our candidate pool.
• Career Fairs: Represent the company at various career fairs and recruitment events to promote our employer brand and engage potential candidates.
• Headhunting: Proactively identify and reach out to top talent in the market, utilizing various sourcing techniques to fill specialized roles.
• Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to effectively communicate our value proposition and attract qualified candidates.
• Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
• Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and improve future recruitment efforts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with strategic marketing principles and techniques.
