Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing and Communications Specialist to support our department’s resources, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and documentation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and documentation of our marketing initiatives, fostering effective communication within the team and across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and maintain departmental SOPs and documentation related to marketing processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to gather relevant information and ensure all resources are accurate and readily available.
• Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials and resources that align with our branding and messaging strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain a centralized repository of marketing documentation and resources for easy access by team members.
• Support internal communication by crafting clear and concise messages to promote transparency and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with content creation tools and documentation software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs or documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
