Position: Building Maintenance Technician

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia

Salary: $25 – $30 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a reputable property management company in Vancouver, is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

– Perform routine inspections of buildings to identify maintenance issues
– Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors for larger maintenance projects
– Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in building maintenance or a related field
– Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
