We own the end-to-end advertising experience for readers, shoppers, publishers, and authors, including ad supply, ad creative, ad serving, and the user experience for books populations. Job Description:
The HR Coordinator assists in the administration of the HR function and supporting all HR processes to ensure the efficient operation of the HR department. This role also provides administrative support to the HR Manager and HR business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing offer letters, coordinating orientations, collecting new hire paperwork, and ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements.
– Maintain employee records and HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
– Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
– Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking completion.
– Support performance management processes by tracking review cycles, documenting feedback, and preparing performance improvement plans.
