Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. In this role, you will lead a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and ensure that sales goals are met.

To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire your team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales management role and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
– Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
– Set sales targets and monitor performance against those targets
