Job description: The SBA Loan Workout Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and approving all SBA loan workouts, as well as managing the maintenance and marketing of OREO (Other Real Estate Owned) properties. This role involves ensuring that all SBA loan agreements are being followed and that proper actions are being taken to resolve any issues that may arise. The Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external partners to effectively market and sell OREO properties in order to minimize losses for the organization. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.
