  • Define, develop, and execute base cross sell campaigns from end to end (includes using data to find opportunity & insights, define targeting & segmentation, brief writing, creative review, and post mortem analysis) to increase BCE’s mobility product per household
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of the relevant customer base and competitive landscape through various reports, research and analysis to recommend business strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define & understand customer lifecycle and create marketing touchpoint strategy
  • Partner with key cross functional teams and business units to bring campaigns to market via tactics like SMS, email, direct mail, digital/social, web, Self-serve & Push notifications
  • Regularly measure campaign performance and consumer trends to report against objectives and uncover growth opportunities

Critical Qualifications

  • University degree (business or marketing preferred)
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or data analytics positions
  • Experience developing, executing and measuring base marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams; ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analysis skills and ability to interpret data and generate insights and actions
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal – comfort in presenting to varied audiences, including senior executives
