This role also supports tasks related to content development for promotional purposes and the larger CardiacCrash digital ecosystem.How you will make an impact every dayProgram Development – Strategic InputProvide input into program plans including strategies, tactics and executional considerationsDevelop contingency plans as necessary to achieve goalsPlan and execute pre-defined components of the programDevelop innovative ideas for testing so as to reduce costs and drive revenueIdentify best practices in similar programs/industries that could be tested and integrated into the programEnsure a thorough understanding of the target markets and other stakeholdersExecute surveys and research requirementsProvide reports and conduct effective analyses to inform decision-making and business planning (and contingency implementation, if necessary)Review processes and investigate efficiencies to support current and future business needsProgram ExecutionAssist with development of website vision and digital constituent experience,Lead development of bilingual materials communications, and other toolsEnsure high quality, relevant and timely communications with various stakeholdersEstablish agreed-upon approval process and obtain sign off on plans and communicationsAssist in delivering and executing digital strategies including paid media, email and social mediaLead email briefing, list preparation, deployment and act as a key member in developing and executing a communications planProactively investigate opportunities and handle any issues, working closely with key stakeholdersProgram Operations SupportLead the planning and tactical execution of the Cardiac Crash annual program plans to support the successful delivery of all program targetsWork with vendors and internal partners to ensure that all project deliverables are met on time, on strategy and on budget.Lead discussions with internal and external partners to ensure mutual alignment is maintainedAttend briefings, research discussions, focus groups, ideation sessions etc. as requiredCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to gather and analyze data from previous executions (stakeholders, the competitive landscape, key metrics, financial performance and market trends) to bring forward insights and identify national and local opportunities.Lead the fulfillment process with the Fundraising Operations team, forecasting, prototyping, write-offs, inventory replenishment and Cardiac Crash relationship specialist team communication.Communicate direction and decisions, seeking input from Sr Manager and other stakeholders.Analyze current and new processes and systems to improve productivityProvide input into relationship specialist team and volunteer training materials, assist in delivery of training as neededDevelop and coordinate annual program promotions including promotion prizes, website assets, email communication, rules and regulations and fulfillmentDevelop how-to guides, videos and support aids for successful program execution and provide input into the development of training materials for national webinars and regional training workshopsReview processes related to execution of programs and identify opportunities to improve or increase efficiencySupport internal customer service inquiries regarding execution of programs and liaise with call center as neededAdministrationManage critical paths, including program master timeline, creative development, print and productionEnsure strong and clear communication with the Cardiac Crash relationship specialist team and other teamsEnsures program resources are updated on internal SharePoint site for CC relationship specialist teamRespond to requests from internal stakeholders, volunteers and donorsCoordinate and execute regular correspondence to the specialist teamsMonitor current year reports and identify areas for concerns and contingency opportunitiesResolve questions coming from CC relationship specialists and CC CoordinatorOther administrative and support functions as necessary to deliver programWho we needEducationPost-secondary degree or diploma or equivalent experienceExperience2-3 years of previous work experience in marketing, communications or fundraisingProject Management preferred – 1-2 years’ experienceProgram Development and Fundraising experience preferred1+ year of digital strategy and marketing experience would be an assetWorking knowledge of website development, email, digital and social mediaExperience working with cross functional teamsSkillsStrong leadership skills with the ability to influence outcomesSuperior organizational skills in planning, executing and completing projects by
