Job description: As a Pulmonology Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a pulmonary care practice. This includes managing a team of pulmonologists, nurses, physician assistants, and office staff. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with marketing teams and payers to ensure the practice’s success.

In this role, you will be tasked with implementing strategic initiatives to grow the practice, such as implementing marketing campaigns to attract new patients and working with payers to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the business aspects of the practice, such as budgeting, financial reporting, and staffing.
