As a MAC Brand Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our guests’ experience by staying informed about the latest promotions and marketing initiatives within the MAC brand. You’ll be responsible for actively engaging with customers, providing them with valuable information and guidance on our products and current offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remain knowledgeable about ongoing promotions and marketing initiatives, ensuring guests are informed during their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in key areas, including restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Participate in merchandise resets and planograms to ensure optimal product presentation.
• Assist in creating eye-catching marketing displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests and fostering brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on product performance.

Qualifications:

• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, particularly the MAC brand.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
