Job Description: MAC Brand Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate for MAC, you will play a vital role in representing one of the world’s leading cosmetic brands. Your responsibilities will include staying informed about the latest promotions and marketing initiatives within the brand, ensuring that you can effectively communicate these to our guests. You will create an engaging shopping experience by providing personalized service and expert product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Actively participate in informing guests about current promotions, marketing campaigns, and product launches to enhance their shopping experience.
• Store Presentation: Contribute to maintaining an organized and visually appealing store environment. This includes ensuring that restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Merchandising: Participate in merchandise resets and assist with planograms and marketing displays to align with brand standards and optimize product presentation.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a cohesive approach to store operations, customer service, and merchandising initiatives.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on MAC’s product offerings and trends to provide informed recommendations to guests.
