As a Brand Ambassador for MAC Cosmetics, you will play a pivotal role in representing one of the world’s leading cosmetics brands. Your primary responsibilities include staying well-informed about current promotions and marketing initiatives, effectively communicating these to guests to enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to inform them about the latest MAC promotions and marketing initiatives, ensuring they are aware of new products and exclusive offers.

• Store Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in high-traffic areas such as restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas, fostering a pleasant shopping environment.

• Merchandise Management: Participate in completing merchandise resets and planograms to keep displays fresh and visually appealing. Adhere to brand guidelines when setting up marketing displays to showcase products effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to execute promotional events and campaigns, facilitating a cohesive brand presence throughout the store.

• Feedback & Reporting: Provide insights on guest interactions and feedback that can inform future marketing strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with an in-depth understanding of the MAC brand.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
