Job Description:

As a Retail Operations Specialist for the Clinique brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our retail environment effectively highlights our product offerings and drives sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resets: Execute product resets in accordance with brand guidelines, ensuring displays are visually appealing and effectively represent the Clinique brand.

• Planograms: Implement and maintain planograms to optimize product placement and enhance the shopping experience, ensuring all products are displayed according to corporate standards.

• Marketing Displays: Create and set up dynamic marketing displays that engage customers, promote new product launches, and reinforce brand messaging to maximize visibility and impact.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, and prevent discrepancies. Collaborate with management to address and resolve any inventory issues.

• Processing Shipments: Oversee the processing of incoming shipments, ensuring timely stock replenishment and appropriate allocation according to sales trends and customer demand.
