Job Description: Clinique Brand Retail Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Coordinator to support the Clinique brand in implementing effective resets, planograms, and marketing displays across retail locations. The ideal candidate will play an essential role in enhancing the brand’s visual presence and ensuring smooth operations through efficient physical inventory procedures and shipment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resets and Planograms: Execute store resets and ensure that planograms are implemented accurately to maintain brand standards and enhance product visibility.

• Marketing Displays: Design and set up engaging marketing displays that align with brand campaigns, driving customer engagement and sales.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Conduct regular inventory audits, manage stock levels, and assist in the organization of new merchandise to ensure optimal inventory management.

• Shipment Processing: Handle the reception and processing of shipments, ensuring timely distribution to the sales floor and maintaining accurate records of inventory movements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with store management and merchandising teams to provide support and feedback on product placement and promotional strategies.

• Training and Support: Assist in training staff on inventory management best practices and the execution of visual merchandising standards for the Clinique brand.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in retail merchandising or inventory management.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to handle physical inventory tasks and lift merchandise as needed.
