Job Description:

As a Retail Operations Associate for the Clinique brand, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our store’s merchandise is presented in an appealing and organized manner. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resets: Execute planogram resets to ensure compliance with brand standards and enhance product visibility.

• Planograms: Implement and maintain planograms efficiently, ensuring that all products are displayed according to specifications to optimize customer experience.

• Marketing Displays: Set up and maintain attractive marketing displays that highlight promotions and new product launches, driving customer engagement and sales.

• Physical Inventory Procedures: Participate in physical inventory procedures, ensuring accurate stock counts and helping to maintain inventory integrity.

• Processing Shipments: Assist in processing shipments, including unpacking, stocking, and organizing products on the sales floor and in the stockroom, ensuring timely availability of merchandise.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management.
• Familiarity with retail operations is a plus.
