We are currently hiring for a Sales & Marketing Manager for an 18-month contract (Hybrid role) at our Toronto corporate office to support the company’s sales and marketing operations.

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for helping grow Spectrum’s range of private pay health care services. The ideal candidate is flexible, versatile and capable of overseeing the implementation and execution of the company’s sales operations and marketing plans and initiatives. The role also includes collaboration with the Private Pay team, Communications and Regional Branch leads and providing sales and business development support.

Job Description

Strategy Development

  • Develop marketing plan and strategies aligned with corporate goals and sales objectives
  • Collaborate with COO, Private Pay team and Branch Directors to develop promotions and campaigns to support sales growth
  • Identify market problems, solutions and opportunities for new service offerings

Marketing Execution

  • Design, plan, launch, manage, measure and report on marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Coordinate the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, promotional flyers, posters, e-blasts, digital ads, proposals & presentations
  • Source and establish relations with advertising vendors; identify media buys, procure quotes and negotiate rates
  • Engage Communications team to develop assets such as newsletters, e-blasts, blogs, announcements & press releases
  • Collaborate with Communications team to develop social media campaigns and digital strategies that support sales objectives and business expansion plans

Sales Operations

  • Organize and support quarterly sales meetings by reviewing metrics and sharing analytics
  • Collecting feedback and insights from business development team to optimize service offerings, programs and partnership opportunities
  • Support and track client contract renewals and manage repository of signed contracts
  • Manage ESPO CRM platform and provide troubleshooting support to business development team

Sales team support

  • Develop and manage sales support tools
  • Manage activities and pipelines of business development reps and send weekly reports to COO and Private Pay team.
  • Support business development representatives with development of presentations and pitch proposals

Event management

  • Identify and book relevant industry tradeshows, conference and events working with Business Development Reps
  • Coordinate the event logistics such as staffing, booth setup, marketing collateral, presentation opportunities, capturing attendee contact info and post event follow-up
  • Continually assess, anticipate, identify and respond to new and changing needs of patients and communicates available Total Client Care resources to patients when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline
  • 7-10 years progressive experience in a Sales and Marketing role
  • Experience working in sales or with a sales team
  • Health care or related industry experience an asset
  • Experience in event management an asset
  • Proficient user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Marketing Executive
