Job Description: Marketing, Community Engagement, and Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:
Join Torch Fitness as a Marketing, Community Engagement, and Logistics Coordinator! We are seeking a passionate individual who can effectively engage with participants, promote our brand, and assist in logistical operations. This position requires availability on weekday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Torch Fitness programs and events. Utilize social media and other platforms to enhance community awareness and engagement.

• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with participants and the local community. Organize and facilitate events that foster a positive and inclusive environment for all.

• Logistics Management: Oversee the logistics of events and activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Coordinate schedules and resources to support community engagement initiatives.

• Attendance Tracking: Use our user-friendly digital tools to clock in, track attendance, and gather feedback from participants, ensuring accurate reporting and engagement metrics.

• Professional Representation: Act as the face of Torch Fitness, representing our values and mission with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

• Experience in marketing and community outreach
• Good organizational and logistical abilities
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms

Availability:

• Weekday evenings from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM are required.
