Job Title: Sports Partnerships & Marketing Manager
Location: Office in Downtown Orlando (Fully Onsite)
Travel: Monthly trips to East Region
Reports To: Director, Sports Partnerships & Marketing

Position Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sports Partnerships & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in downtown Orlando. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead initiatives to build and sustain strong partnerships within the sports community, while also leading marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with sports organizations, teams, and influencers to drive collaborative initiatives.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with partnership goals and enhance brand visibility.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and partnership events, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and promotional materials for various platforms.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and marketing efforts, utilizing data to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnerships and marketing within the sports industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel to the East Region once a month.
