Job description: Lifemark is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Account Executive -Partner Channel to capitalize on significant growth opportunities within our Long-Term Disability (LTD), Disability Management (DM), and Extended Health Care (EHC) lines of business. This is a critical role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and recovering lost revenue due to the current lack of dedicated partner sales and account management.Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow LTD, DM, and EHC partner relationships nationally.
- Develop and execute a national third-party payer go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Formalize contracts with warm clients and expand into structured partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the LTD, DM, and EHC markets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, marketing, clinical teams) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with partners.
- Represent Lifemark at industry events and conferences.
- Support EHC digital enablement (API/API integration for private billing).
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales and business development selling into insurance and enterprise-level Canadian organizations.
- Need to be comfortable building PPT presentations at an executive level
- Good financial acumen
- Extensive experience using a CRM
- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically within the LTD, DM, or EHC sectors is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong partner relationships.
- French spoken and written is an asset.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare market and payer landscape.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
