Job Description: Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing Specialist. This role is critical in acting as a key intermediary between North American Finance teams and our transformation initiatives. You will be involved in driving substantive improvements in our reporting processes through digital transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

Internal Audit & Compliance:
- Conduct comprehensive audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls.
- Evaluate compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.

Tax Management:
- Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Monitor and analyze changes in tax laws and recommend strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Revenue Management:
- Analyze revenue streams to ensure optimal pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and sales teams to forecast revenue accurately and track performance against targets.

Marketing Support:
- Support marketing initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assess the ROI of campaigns and enhance performance metrics.

Digital Transformation:
- Play a pivotal role in advancing digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate advanced technologies that enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Leverage digital tools to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.

Reporting & Analytics:
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CMA) is preferred.
- Proven experience in internal audit, tax management, and revenue optimization.
- Familiarity with digital transformation strategies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across departments.
