Job Title: Internal Audit & Revenue Management Specialist – Digital Transformation

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Audit & Revenue Management Specialist to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in bridging the gap between North America Finance and various departments, including Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing, to drive fundamental reporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Internal Audit:

    • Conduct comprehensive audits across multiple departments to assess compliance, efficiency, and risk management.
    • Identify and recommend improvements to internal controls and business processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
  2. Tax Management:

    • Collaborate with the tax department to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
    • Support tax planning initiatives by providing insights derived from audits and financial data.
  3. Revenue Management:

    • Analyze revenue streams and develop strategies to optimize pricing, promotion, and inventory management.
    • Work closely with revenue management teams to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  4. Marketing Collaboration:

    • Act as a liaison between Finance and Marketing to evaluate promotional effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
    • Provide financial insights that inform marketing strategies and budget allocations.
  5. Digital Transformation:

    • Participate in digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing financial reporting processes through technology and automation.
    • Identify opportunities for leveraging digital tools to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and analytical capabilities.
  6. Process Improvement:

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current practices and implementing solutions that enhance efficiency.
    • Develop and deliver training and support to stakeholders regarding new processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CIA certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing, tax compliance, or revenue management.
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools; experience with digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively across departments.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and improvement.
