Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a key intermediary within our North America Finance department. The ideal candidate will facilitate transformation initiatives aimed at driving significant improvements across our reporting processes in Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Intermediary Role: Act as a liaison among diverse finance functions, ensuring cohesive communication and collaboration in achieving transformative goals.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for substantive enhancements in reporting processes and implement best practices that align with industry standards.
• Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on integrating digital solutions into financial practices, enhancing accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analysis.
• Audit Oversight: Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to ensure compliance and enhance risk management frameworks, supporting overall organizational governance.
• Tax Strategy: Work with the Tax department to streamline reporting practices, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with regulations.
• Revenue Management: Assist in refining revenue management strategies, implementing systems to better track performance, and optimize revenue streams.
• Marketing Integration: Collaborate with the Marketing team to align financial strategies with marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and financial feasibility.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders to communicate findings and recommendations, driving consensus on process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in finance, internal audit, tax compliance, or revenue management.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies and their applications in finance.
• Excellent analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with different departments.
