Overview:
We are seeking a talented and analytical Data Visualization and Mining Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data visualization and mining to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across various departments, including Marketing, Operations, Finance, BAIE (Business Analytics and Intelligence Engineering), and Digital & Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and objectives.
• Utilize advanced data mining techniques to extract meaningful patterns and trends from complex datasets.
• Design and develop compelling visualizations that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting thorough data validation.
• Provide support and training to team members on data visualization tools and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analytics and visualization methodologies.
• Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for business improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong skills in data mining and analysis, with proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or R.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and understanding the needs of various departments.
