Then, Apply Now!Working with a leading financial institution, this role calls for a Sr. Consultant – DevSecOps (GitHub Actions) who will be responsible for defining the DevSecOps tooling, technology, and process roadmap for Digital Technology. The successful candidate will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, introduce automation across builds and deployments, integrate application security practices, and guide the evolution of DevSecOps within the enterprise. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on innovation, can challenge the status quo, and brings thought leadership to modern DevSecOps practices.Responsibilities:

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps solutions.
Define and maintain the DevSecOps roadmap, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, security, and infrastructure.
Support secure cloud-native application deployments and automation.
Mentor junior engineers and provide leadership in DevSecOps practices.
Guide and support AppSec capabilities within the enterprise.
Drive improvements in monitoring, incident response, and system resilience.

Desired Skill Set:

8+ years of experience in DevSecOps or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, Ansible.
Proficiency in scripting/coding with Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Proven leadership in designing secure and scalable DevOps solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with SonarQube and Azure.
Familiarity with advanced application security integration.
