Role Summary:
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our technology platforms and digital applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our digital assets, enhance user engagement, and deliver high-quality content across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize digital platforms for better user experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketers, and technology teams to ensure consistency and quality across all digital assets.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for content improvement and feature enhancements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for our digital applications.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing support to internal teams and users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital media management, technology integration, or related areas.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
