Role Description: ? Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform using Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.? 3 – 5 years working as a Business Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects? Experience with Wealth and or Investment Banking? Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation)? Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.? Requirement elicitation techniques such as User stories Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys? Requirements management and communication ? requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management, User provisioning & prioritizationNice-to-have? Experience working in Scrum environments? Salesforce Administrator certification? Critical Thinking and Design Thinking skills with experience in User Centered Design? Asset Management Experience preferred

TORONTO, ONTARIO

The role is for a Salesforce Business Analyst in Toronto on a long-term contract basis. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, experience with Salesforce CRM platform, specifically Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and experience in agile delivery. Experience in Wealth and/or Investment Banking is preferred. The candidate should have a combination of traditional business analysis skills and agile analysis skills, experience in requirements planning and prioritization, and requirement elicitation techniques. Nice-to-have skills include experience in Scrum environments, Salesforce Administrator certification, critical thinking and design thinking skills, and asset management experience. Competencies required for the role include Agile Way of Working, Salesforce Administration and Functional Design, Critical Thinking, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Asset Management. The candidate should have 4-6 years of experience and strong interpersonal skills.
