We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Acquisition Specialist to drive efficient customer acquisition across both digital and traditional channels. In this role, you will partner closely with the Portfolio Marketing team to develop and implement innovative acquisition strategies that leverage a variety of platforms and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Channel Optimization: Identify and optimize customer acquisition strategies across diverse digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Collaborative Partnership: Work in synergy with the Portfolio Marketing team to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.

• Marketing Technology: Leverage your expertise in marketing tech stacks and CRM platforms to streamline acquisition processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Analytics Utilization: Employ marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track campaign performance, derive insights, and inform data-driven decision-making.

• Performance Reporting: Develop, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of acquisition strategies and make necessary adjustments.

• Budget Management: Manage acquisition budgets effectively to maximize ROI while exploring new opportunities and channels.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer acquisition within digital and traditional marketing arenas.
• Strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools and techniques, with proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant platforms.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
